On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to the official online portal of Falcon Ridge Preserve, a premier planned community of uniform homes, measured lawns, and carefully regulated optimism.
Our mission remains unchanged: to protect property values, preserve the Preserve, and ensure that no mailbox exceeds its approved height. We thank you for your cooperation, which is not optional.

Board Announcements
The Preserve Is Closed for Reflection
The retention pond (the "Preserve") will be closed indefinitely for a period of quiet reflection. Residents may view the Preserve from the approved viewing area for no more than 90 seconds. Feeding the ducks constitutes an unauthorized amenity.
A Friendly Reminder from Doug
This week I completed 1,412 lawn measurements, 38 mailbox audits, and one (1) welfare check on a garden gnome that was smiling excessively. Thank you to the residents who have already self-reported. To everyone else: I see you. Respectfully, Doug.
Amendment 47(b) Now in Effect
The Board has adopted Amendment 47(b), prohibiting "visible enthusiasm" in front yards. Lawn flamingos must face inward. Holiday décor will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee within 6 to 8 business seasons.
